When a download may not work
SniffVid resolves public links only. Being upfront about the edges saves you a confusing failure.
If a link fails, it usually means the source never exposed a readable stream. Parsing also relies on third-party services whose behaviour can change without notice.

What SniffVid is
SniffVid is a small, independent tool that turns a public video link into a file you actually own. There is no account to create, no extension to install and no software to update — the whole thing runs in the browser tab you already have open.
Resolving the link happens on Cloudflare Workers, an encrypted token keeps the media address alive for fifteen minutes, and merging runs on your own device. Nothing you download is stored, queued or re-encoded on our side.
